While attending my very first Painting Seminar in the early 90’s (nervously I might add), I experienced Simple Joy…..it is what happens when a group of like-minded folks gather to learn and be creative.
‘Birds of a Feather’ , we are~for sure…..it keeps you coming back again and again….and again and again and again.
I like to keep this in mind when creating Workshops in our home town….bringing folks together to work with our hands and hearts. Simply enjoying creative time together.
This past weekend we gathered at Tink’s Antiques in The Studio to create ‘The Robin and The Basket’ project and we shared all kinds of stories of projects, our craft rooms and workshops we attended…..painted, penciled and learned a bit too!
The marigolds are now in their hands…..ssshhhhewwweeee, I kept them alive for 2 days, thank goodness, LOL ! They looked so pretty with the color of the robin….

Spending creative time with other creative souls always blesses me. …it is one of my favorite things to do.
Love the sweet bird pick, and he looks so good in the basket. Love all the paint colors, but if I had to pick I would choose sweetie jane and tickled pink (the name of my first book). 🙂
