All Things Art & Home

There are a few homemade ‘toss-together ingredient’ recipes that are our go-to’s ~ and aside from purchasing tator-tot’s these meals are pretty much all homemade delicious goodness!

one being Chicken

Chicken Pot Tot Hotdish

I was first introduced to Molly Yeh of ‘Girl Meets Farm‘ when I began streaming Discovery Plus TV ~ she inspired me with her down-home cooking and watched episode after episode.

Well, you probably know what followed that…..buying her Cookbook, ‘Molly on the Range’.

And the first recipe we tried was her Chicken Pot Tot Hotdish, it was Comfy Cozy Goodness ~ using fresh ingredients including a few veggies and then a toss of tator-tots.

Try Molly’ Recipe (here), and to view her Website, so many good recipes to try…..and you may even find yourself purchasing her Cookbook.

Makes enough to feed a large family. A belly-filler for sure!

One Being Hamburger Beef

Potato Tot Casserole

In our home, the following recipe has been dog-eared since 2010, in a ‘Quick-n-Easy Meals’ Paula Deen Magazine ~ this magazine sits on the shelf closest to the kitchen, a real go-to for many recipes, ‘Potato Tot Casserole‘ being one of them!

My hubby puts ketchup on this dish….usually I am the ‘ketchup-snob‘ in our home, but for this dish it is the hubby!

You can find Paula’s recipe, another one of our go-to meals (here).

…..and another belly-filler!

Which ever dish you’re serving tonight ~ your belly will be full.

will it be Chicken or Hamburger Beef?

Grab a bag of tator-tots and enJOY!
