Preheat Oven 350
Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray
In a bowl, combine butter and both chocolates, then microwave until you are able to stir until smooth and melted. Let cool for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine sugar and eggs and beat until pale and fluffy. Add butter and chocolate mixture along with vanilla, beating until smooth. Beat in flour gradually. Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
For Topping ~ beat cream cheese and confectionern sugar until smooth. Add whipped topping and marshmallow creme and beat until mixed.
