Add White Chocolate Chips and Cashew Butter to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute and stir until melted and smooth.
Add the Dark Chocolate Chips to a separate microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 40 seconds to 1 Minute and stir until melted and smooth.
Spread the melted White Chocolate Chips onto a lined (parchment paper) cookie sheet until even and smooth. Add spoonfuls of the melted Dark Chocolate Chips randomly over the White Chocolate Chips. Then 'run' a knife or skewer thru the Chocolates to create a fun pattern. Place the Cookie Sheet into the refrigerator until the Bark is firm.
Break apart or cut the Bark, as desired.
Add the Bark to clear cello gift bags and tie up pretty with a RED bow.
