Method
- Combine the cornstarch and 1/2 cup of warm water, then stir until smooth. Set aside.
- Bring the whipping cream to a simmer in a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat.
- Then add in the cornstarch mixture, sugar, chocolate, vanilla and salt. Cook pudding stirring constantly until thick and creamy.
- Serve Warm or Cold.
For an added fun touch ~ add homemade chocolate bunnies to the top of the pudding once the pudding has cooled a bit.
