luncheon special

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 pound sliced hard salami luncheon meat
  • 1/4 pound sliced baked ham luncheon meat
  • 1/4 pound sliced pepperoni luncheon meat
  • 1/4 pound sliced provolone cheese luncheon meat
  • 1/4 pound italian/american blend cheese (from Land O Lakes), optional, I added for additional flavor
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayo (optional idea: I would love to try a couple of splashes of balsamic vinegar dressing next time)
  • 1 tb italian seasoning (how about Red Pepper Flake too!)

Serving It Up Your Way

  • Slices of Bread, French Bread for Dipping, Slider Buns, Pretzel Buns.....or Crackers too ~ pick and choose
  • Shredded Iceburg Lettuce (for crunch!)
  • sliced tomato

Extras

  • add extra sliced cheese or peppers of any kind, or whatever your heart desires....it's your luncheon special!

Instructions
 

  • Slice an Dice all luncheon meats and cheeses into small pieces as shown, along with the red onion. Then toss together with mayo and italian seasoning. Serve it up with your favorite toppings and bread choice. Would make a great party dip too!
