1/4 pounditalian/american blend cheese (from Land O Lakes), optional, I added for additional flavor
1smallred onion
1/2cupmayo (optional idea: I would love to try a couple of splashes of balsamic vinegar dressing next time)
1tbitalian seasoning (how about Red Pepper Flake too!)

Slices of Bread, French Bread for Dipping, Slider Buns, Pretzel Buns.....or Crackers too ~ pick and choose
Shredded Iceburg Lettuce (for crunch!)

add extra sliced cheese or peppers of any kind, or whatever your heart desires....it's your luncheon special!
Instructions
Slice an Dice all luncheon meats and cheeses into small pieces as shown, along with the red onion. Then toss together with mayo and italian seasoning. Serve it up with your favorite toppings and bread choice. Would make a great party dip too!
