Ingredients
  

  • 18 cups ketchup (use your favorite brand)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 7 cups brown sugar (for the sweetness)
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp chili powder (or to your taste)
  • 1/2 cup hickory smoke (or to your taste)
  • 1 cup worestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mustard (I used honey mustard)
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder (or to your taste)
  • 3 tbsp onion powder (or to your taste)

Method
 

  1. Mix the garlic powder and onion powder with the mustard and set aside for a moment. (keeps the sauce from becoming lumpy.)
  2. Pour and Mix all ingredients, including the mustard blend, into a very large stock pot and boil for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Place into clean 8oz canning jars. Jar with your favorite jarring method. label jar with date for keeping.
