in a large pot over medium heat ~ heat olive oil, onion, garlic and spices, 5 minutes.
add green chiles, chicken, and broth. season with salt and pepper. bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook for approx 10 minutes, until chicken is tender and cooked thru.
remove chicken and shred, then return to pot, along with the prepared beans and corn. Let cook 15 minutes.
stir in sour cream and cheese and heat thru.
add chili into bowls, add crushed tortilla chips and additional cheese if desired.
