Overload Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 eggs (room temp)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 11.5oz bag semisweet (or/and milk chocolate) chips or chunks
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzle)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Line a 10 inch square pan with non-stick parchment paper letting excess hang over sides. or/then butter or spray the lined pan if not using non-stick.
  3. In a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  4. In a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heat. then Whisk in cream, cocoa, 1/2 cup water, and eggs. Bring to a boil over medium heat whisking constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Add the flour mixture and whisk to combine. Fold in Chocolate Chips. Pour into prepared pan.
  5. Top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes. Test for doneness, all ovens may vary. Completely cool.
  7. Remove from pan with parchment paper.
  8. Microwave white chocolate chips on high 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Drizzle over cooled brownies and Serve!
