GM. Amy, I never bought the last set of the Halloween Ornaments. I had to cancel the final set. Do you still have the kit?

  2. Vicki Robbins says:

Hello Amy. Sharon Dobbins gave me your name, She posted the pumpkin on the scale your Vintage scales series.

I was wondering how I can shop for all the pieces in this series. I can only see purchase for a couple of them.

    Thank you.

    1. Hi Vicki….the series started out as just penciling on an acrylic background – those are under the shop tab for ‘colored pencil’, the remaining/newer pieces in series are all acrylic and penciling which are under the other tab ‘acrylic and colored pencil’…..I hope this is helpful….thank you so much for your interest and enjoy!

Hi, Amy. I sure am missing classes but we are all having to stay home to be safe. Enjoying all your blog posts. I used to ask my husband if he liked a new recipe, too! Just about moved in to the new house and have gotten my craft area set up. Was putting away all my colored pencils away yesterday and was thinking of you. Stay well!

    1. Soooo happy you are enjoying your home! I miss seeing everyone and creating together….hopefully soon 🙂….so sweet that your husband and you shared the same fun ….even the smallest things become great memories😊……stay well and safe!

      1. Judy Kulmaczeski says:

        Thanks, Amy!

Traditions are so nice to have. I think it is important to share time together as a family. Yes, Tom Selleck…heavy sigh. I LOVE Blue Bloods, and those table scenes bring back memories of my family…well, except we were not Catholic! 😅😂🤣 Bless you, my friend…big hug.❤

    1. Mmmm, kindred at heart…heavy sigh 🙂 hugs!

  5. Charlotte S Fletcher says:

I LOVE happy accidents. Banana Pudding is a staple dessert in the South. An Elderly friend couldn’t find any vanilla wafers, so she bought a package of sandwich cookies–man, it was delicious, and became fun to try different flavors of the cookies–peanut butter, lemon, chocolate.

I can’t stand plain peanut butter, but put it with chocolate, and it is my favorite thing, ever! I know, I am weird.🤣😂😅

Stay safe, my sweet friend. Thanks for your service during this strange time. Big hug.❤😊

    1. Hugs to you my friend…stay safe! …..mmmmm banana, peanut butter and chocolate, I am hungry!

  6. They look yummy but deadly. One of my favorite combinations. Thank you for sharing!

  20. T Venetta says:

Did you refrigerate the eggs while waiting the 30+ hours? They really turned out beautiful.

    1. Yes….after they cooled I placed them in the fridge for additional time…I just kept waiting until I liked the blue color!🙂…enjoy! Thank u

  21. Casey says:

I wanted to see a photo of the blue egg salad!! ;0)

    1. If only😉….it was…..interesting let’s say 🙂

  22. Shelley says:

Truly a beautiful shade of blue! Do you think this would work on an egg gourd if you first painted it white?

    1. Thank you! All I can say is try! ….I am going to try a flour cloth linen too….worse case I will have cabbage smelling tea towels, lol!

      1. Sharon says:

I use to dye handspun wool with red cabbage, you do need a Che iCal tho to set the color. Read up on how to dye wool naturally.

      2. ….adding it to the list of things to do 🙂thank uuuu

  23. Carol Williams says:

I love, love, LOVE! this pattern! I just ordered it! Do I need another pattern? Of course not! Do I have enough patterns and craft supplies to last 10 lifetimes? Of course I do! But I HAD to have it! Instead of working on numerous ( too many to count) unfinished projects, I started 3 more this week! And this will be one more I will start as soon as I receive it! Thanks, Amy!

    1. Thank you soooooooo much Carol! I will be sending this weekend….so you can get started! To funny….I think us Artists collect patterns as another hobby! Appreciate you!

  24. Who would have thought red cabbage would make pretty indigo eggs.

    1. It amazed me for sure….the process was fun to watch….especially then eating blue tinted egg salad🙂

  25. Wow!!! What a beautiful result! I also love blue (although I am partial to aqua) but any shade of blue really gets me going! This is a wonderful project for us to try at home. Thank you for helping us drive away ‘the blues’ with these beautiful blue eggs! <3

    1. ….and the smell of cabbage isn’t so bad either, lol! Thankfully the egg salad didn’t taste like it! Thank you for your kind words ~ xoxo

  26. Sweet basket, I encourage everyone to pray Psalm 91 over themselves, their family, their neighborhood, etc. Psalm 91 is life changing.

    1. Love you my friend. Your friendship is life changing🙂

  27. Barbara Adams says:

Thank you for the Bible verse. It is a calming reminder. I am beginning to search for items in blue. It hasn’t been one of my favorite colors. If I have to change my house, room by room, I will tell my husband it is your fault. Lol

    1. Prayers for you too🙂….oh my gosh another hubby I’m in trouble with….that’s ok, he can belly ache with mine☺️…..happy findings!

  28. Maru says:

Do you know I just hung up with my brother whose troubles have him so worried right now! So I just told him to go read ps 91!! So excited to see this confirmation here! Thank you!!

    1. Praying hard🙂….thank you too!

  29. This is a wonderful post! Even though I have known you and collaborated with you on some projects, I see these designs and get excited all over again! I love the idea of a ‘series’ and I think others do as well. For myself, I decorate for every season and I hate to take down one piece and have a bare spot in the room where the seasonal design had been. It is great to have a series of seasonal projects to swap out and change the look and feel to reflect the time of year. Keep going, my friend! Your beautiful and charming designs are always delightful and never fail to make me smile! Beautiful post!

    1. Thank you my friend, always fun to work together on many of our projects…the best part of being creative ~ Makin friends! ❤️

  30. Lisa Boivin says:

HAPPY BLOG BIRTHDAY Amy! All of your personal qualities come through on each blog post as well as your enormous creativity. I’m so grateful the day that I found you on Facebook and then saw your blog. Every time I ordered an item from you it came in the mail packaged with your special Amy touches (especially the blue/white twine 💜.) You are always available to answer questions no matter how silly I think they might be. The customer service that you provide is a courtesy that I treasure in these difficult rush, rush times we live in. I know that you’ll see another six years and more. I look forward to opening up each new post to see what your imagination has come up with. If you ever decide to do instructional videos on a piece, I’d place my order and reserve a spot. Love and peace, Lisa

    1. Thank you so much Lisa! Kind words from friends like you keep the creative energy moving! I am so grateful our paths have crossed ~ and consider your seat reserved if one day I jump into the live creative video world😉😘 what fun that would be ….thanks and hugs 🤗

    1. Merry Christmas my dear friend!

  48. Lisa Boivin says:

In my temporary living arrangement everything that I use to decorate the holidays are still in boxes. The only sign that physically shows in this place that the holidays are upon us are the Christmas cards that have been received from family and friends. It’s definitely a year that has allowed me to reflect on Christmas’ past and the fond memories that were made. But, this year has shown me that without decorations, cookies, lights, and tree there are other “gifts” that I can take comfort in. Health, food, my family, a roof over my head, friends, and above all my spirituality and love in my heart. I think that without all the hustle and bustle this year, it has allowed me time to step back and admire the beauty that others create for their homes and businesses. I absolutely enjoyed the view of your home dressed up for the season. You have wonderful decorating tastes and you so warmly share your love of Christmas by putting out your “welcome” mat for your viewers to see through the photos you share of your lovely abode. You are truly an inspiration to us all Amy and I wish you a Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year. ❤️💚

    1. So happy you have this time in your life to be still and appreciate all the beauty…..thank you always for your kind words that keep this girls creativity moving….wishing you and yours the merriest!

  49. Glad you are still enjoying the glitter houses. I just had a glitter house party at church with about 25 or so, it was great fun and everything sparkled. Glad you are enjoying this holiday season. Look forward to creating together in the new year. Love and Blessings to you and Jerry this Christmas.

    1. Must have been fun with all that glitter! Love and Blessings to you and Al….playtime soon!

  50. Barbara Perry says:
