As I explained thru the ‘Daily Dose‘ (here) ~ this banana bread is not really a dessert bread or even a breakfast bread, it has no added sugar and yet it is one of the best banana breads I have ever tried.
To add a little sweetness to this banana bread, simply add a drizzle of honey while the bread is still warm ~ you can also serve it up with a drizzle of additional honey or add a sprinkle of powered sugar. Of course adding more chocolate chips is an option no one can argue with!

The recipe is from Half Baked Harvest ~ I am really drawn to Tieghan’s recipes thru Pinterest, her weekly emailed suggestions, her beautiful website and especially her Cookbooks (found here).
