There are about as many Spaghetti Sauce Recipes as there are blades of grass. ~*~ We do enjoy trying a new Spaghetti Sauce Recipe now and again from our growing Cookbook Collection, and of course, still enjoying our ol’ favorites too ~ leaving many ‘dog-earred’ cookbook pages to enjoy again and again.
Have you ever just looked at something and thought, ‘well why not‘? Well, that was me staring into a Delish Cookbook (found here), page 159 to be exact. The recipe shown was Pizza Rigatoni Pie, with crazy ‘stand-em-up’ noodles. ‘Well, Why Not?’
This Meatball Soup is just a lighter take on traditional spaghetti and makes a good weeknight go-to meal. Adding a side of buttered french bread slices will add some extra goodness. And as with any soup, it always tastes better the second day once all the flavors warm up to each other.
