‘Shiny Red Nose‘ is created in Classic Chalk Art style ~ simply color penciled onto an acrylic painted background in vintage chalkboard style ~ and the pencil looks a lot like chalk, hence Chalk Art!

Ever wonder where your favorite Artists ideas come from?

‘Shiny Red Nose‘ actually started as a line drawing to send to Sheila Landry of Tole Painting Designs to create a wood pull toy to design and create a pattern for you to enjoy…coming this Christmas!

….oh and there may just be a new Classic Cling Rubber Stamp too!

So when Cindy asked me to submit a design to share thru Artfully Connected….’Shiny Red Nose’ came to mind….and so it became a Classic Chalk Art Pattern too.

And then coming up soon, you will find ‘Shiny Red Nose’ in acrylics, along with a few playful friends!

And the idea for a Reindeer Pull Toy came from a long list of ideas to create several pull toys after the fun we had creating Abigail’s Toy Duck in 2015. Read all about Abigail’s Toy Duck (here)…with a free pattern too!
