Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Fudge
Who could resist the combination of chocolate and peanut butter?
This recipe can be found on my personal ‘Foodie’ Pinterest Board (here).
The beautiful food-pic stopped me in my scroll on Pinterest. The recipe had me at the ‘sugared crystal top’ and the pressed-in peanut butter cups! ….yep, a Pinterest save….then made.
as a side note ~ I did add the bourbon to the sugar topping but not to the fudge recipe.
Of course you can go all the way ‘homemade’ and make your own peanut butter cups….I added Reese’s ~ why mess with perfection.

My husband had a friend many years ago whom loved my Bourbon Brownies. He always told me he would be the ‘money man’ if I opened a Bakery (…and my best customer). He has since passed away but I think of him when I make Bourbon Brownies…..and making this fudge had me thinking of him too.
